「The location is good as it is directly linked to the mall. The overall service is average in all areas except the restaurant! You will get angry at the early morning during queuing up for the breakfast buffet. The receptionists (one tall & thin and the other is a bit fat) of the restaurant are always in very bad temper and not polite. We have stayed here for 6 days and observed that they have made all different countries guests get angry before settling down the table. I think they are not...

「Amazing experience staying at Kruger Gate Hotel for 5 nights with my girlfriend. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, especially Sarah from guest relation - she was so helpful organising and changing our safari trips to suit our needs. Over all the experience was above expected. The photos on the website represents reality well. From the infinity pool we observed loads of elephants, hippos, giraffes, buffaloes and much more passing right by for amazing photos and unforgettable...
