「My husband and I stayed five nights end of April 2026 at Coopmanhuijs. From check in to check out, the staff made our visit perfect. We stayed in room #11. The room was super clean, the bathroom very spacious, and the little balcony to relax in the evening was perfect. 「Very good reception service. We check in at 7:30 as that was too late to check in, the reception still opened for us. Room was very clean and tidy which has a nice view to enjoy Mossel Bay. The free breakfast was delicious.」

「Upon arrival after being told I could not cancel There were bugs flying, no AC , pool dirty absolutely not as described. I refused to stay and was promised to get 4/5 nights refunded . I could not stay there and the description was truly not what was shown. 」
