「The property is in a good location and secure. It needs some TLC but the staff is very friendly and helpful. A decent breakfast too.」

「The hotel room was beautiful bed was really comfortable. It was stylish and I could not fold it. It was a great breakfast and the staff at the front River very hospitable very friendly. It was just a short walk down to the city centre and an easy drive to get to the wineries and parking was no issue. Highly recommended to anyone going there.」

「Upon arrival after being told I could not cancel There were bugs flying, no AC , pool dirty absolutely not as described. I refused to stay and was promised to get 4/5 nights refunded . I could not stay there and the description was truly not what was shown. 」

「We had a wonderful stay at Belinda’s guest house. From the very beginning, everything was perfect. The house is beautiful, comfortable, spotlessly clean, and has everything you could possibly need for a relaxing stay. Belinda is a fantastic host — incredibly welcoming, kind, helpful, and attentive. She made us feel at home from the moment we arrived and was always happy to help with anything we needed. We truly enjoyed our time here and would absolutely recommend Belinda’s guest house to...

「Room is very nice & staff was very kind & helpful.」

「Very good reception service. We check in at 7:30 as that was too late to check in, the reception still opened for us. Room was very clean and tidy which has a nice view to enjoy Mossel Bay. The free breakfast was delicious.」

「This hotel was absolutely stunning it was boutique small it sits right next to this beautiful church on Sunday morning I could hear the bells chiming I just loved it. My room was amazing. I had a big king size bed and a private little swimming pool in the back with a patio that was just wonderful. More than anything was the staff… Nelson the manager was just lovely and everyone of those girls from housekeeping to the staff making our breakfast every morning that was outstanding! I can’t wait...

「It’s amazing location with fantastic view over Camps Bay beach. We were lucky we got the paloma apartment which was amazing, it was more like a top class 2 bedroom apartment than a hotel room!」

「The arrival / check in process is very easy. However the cleanliness was an issue. I had to myself re wash the washroom and parts of living room to remove build up/dirt. We only had a short stay, and the hotels near by were sold out, if not we would have left on the first night.」
