Room snacks were inadequate and not replentished daily. Personal amenities not replenished daily. Food was good but the menu needs work: no pork served (if you want to serve Halal that should be an option, not the norm), one day lunch was all salads but the next no salads, bread served with first dinner but not the remaining ones, Hotels.com amenities do not match hotel website amenities, Cheese platter served without biscuits, some days poolside service but others we had to look for service. I have stayed at other hotels in the area that were better. At the price, I expect exceptional, not ordinary."

"Everything about the lodge was amazing from the room to the safaris with our guide Barry and tracker Eddy. Ntombi was amazing during the meals. All staff was very friendly and made our short stay amazing. I would recommend this lodge to anyone going there. I will definitely if I get the opportunity. "

"The property was really clean and had good amount of towel plates cutleey etc. the major issue we had was that the roof was leaking everywhere in most rooms. One of the beds was wet and we slept with water dripping next to us the enter night. When I raised it with the reception, there was no apology for the inconvenience but only stating that it was the thatched roof. If they know about the leaks, they should maintain the roof."
