「Helpful, caring staff. Peaceful environment, cool decor, comfortable bed. Meets a traveller's basic needs. 」

「Overall this hotel is good, it's near to the city center just about 10mins drive. The hotel view is really nice with Table Mountain view! But the wifi service needs to be improved as it disconnected suddenly. Also, the sink water always too hot without cold water.」

「Very quiet in the hotel, and has the hospitality with plenty of staff to help. Dinner at "Chief's Boma" was great, and breakfast was also great. And it was very convenient that we can ride to front of our room.」

「The staff were the stars of this hotel, they were so friendly and helpful, nothing we asked was an effort. Service with a smile made us feel so welcome! Breakfast was amazing, best of the 6 hotels we stayed at on this trip which included Ritz-Carlton! Well done guys! 」
