Very nice hotel for a quick stay. Reliable hotel shuttle is provided. The staff were welcoming. Not too many food options at the restaurant, but still good either way. Room was clean for the most part.

Location close to the airport and the free airport transfer was really good and quick. It is a good service provided by the hotel. The Hotel is a bit dated, but it was clean and had everything it needed. The staff were friendly and the check-in process took max 5mins, so was a good experience and wasn't overpriced such as the hotel within the airport, so good option for travellers.

The airport shuttle was great and the room was big and clean. We had minor issues with the tv not having any sound but like I said minor issue. The pool was busy when we were there and the pool towels were all used. The attendant who had to bring us new ones only brought us one and did not seem happy to do that.

As Johannesburg is a hub for the region, I chose this hotel because of its proximity to airport. But they have only one minibus for shuttle service, so if something goes wrong you’ll wait! I waited more than one hour at airport. Hotel is nice and clean, staff friendly.
