「I solo traveled here from my birthday all the way from the United States. My card had been locked into their ATM. No one did anything about it. I had no way to eat on another occasion. I booked a private transfer because I was flying to Botswana. No one came for me after I paid most staff were very ignorant. There were a few staff. They were very very nice to me and I the only reason I’m given is Hotel a two star.. 」

「- Room is a bit small but neat and tidy. - A stupid design of SOCKET position. Space between socket and desk is not enough for plug to plug in. Can only use the socket for kettle to charge phones. - Location is good. Near airport and there is a food square right next to the hotel. There are variety of restaurants for selection. - Breakfast is ok, not a lot of choices but both bread and coffee are above average. - Staff at front desk are very helpful. -Wifi is not perfect but considered...

「I stayed there 3 nights.Everything is good (Room/Price/Breakfast/Staff/Free airport shuttle service) except their terrible sound insulation room, You can hear a lot of voice sometimes. There are several blackout situations during my stay. You had better pay it all in advance,otherwise you might be double charged by their new employee.」

「The picture looks better than the real thing. Everything in the room was old and it's quite cool to be stay in winter even the heater is on. The shopping centre is just opposite to the hotel and we had great fun there. But shops closed at 5 and supermarket closed at 6 in Joberg. So go out earlier . Staff is helpful. All in all, we just get what we pay for.」
