「Room is very old…not clean well, Tel is broken also…it’s hard to connecting with the frontdesk …only location is good! 」

「Very tropical feel, great breakfast. All ground floor rooms, very friendly & helpful staff. Free airport shuttle bus. No fridge, no AC, only veiling fan? Bathroom/ toilet has no windows. Bad noise insulation rooms. Small souvenir shop. 」

The food onsite was great, and the staff helped with anything we needed. They even stored our bags for us until our next stay. Highly recommend this hotel when transiting through the area. 」

「It was close to the airport. It was in a quiet, safe neighborhood and had an excellent view of a beautiful little lake that you could walk to. They served breakfast which was very good. They do not serve dinner but have options you can choose from and they order it and have it delivered. We had the romantic suite and loved the charm mixed with modern.」

「I am generally pleased with the services here , the people are nice and helpful. I felt really relaxed here and definitely enjoy my stay in the hotel. There is only one thing that I felt funny about is that apparently there is not much changes available in the restaurant, almost every time, the waiter/waitress will have to give in back the changes at night... Although not in large amount, there is no changes available on my last day of stay (since I left in the morning!) ....Not a big issue and...

「The property was nice but the room had a few issues.The phone in the room did not work … very unsafe when you are staying in a foreign city scary no phone service in an emergency. The desk did not tell us the phones were not working. The air conditioner did not work. Guest were having a party until 1 am so after traveling 25 hours we could not sleep, The manger was alerted and we were told he would message or calll but we didn’t get a message, 」

「Séjour entre 2 vol à Johannesburg. Navette aéroport hôtel très facile à prendre . Dispo la journée passe entre toutes30 min et 60 min.hotel A 12 min de l’aéroport . Grand hôtel très propre . Resto le grill très bon dans l’enceinte de l’hôtel 」

「This property was a pleasant surprise. I was better quality than I expected. Actually it was nice. The only downfall I saw was they don’t pre-authorise your creditcard to allow for accidentals such as room service, washing clothes. So the room service you have to pay separately and the washing of clothing you have to go to the front desk to pay first before they will deliver the washed clothes, very inefficient. 」

「Hôtel tout proche de l’aéroport (4 minutes) ce qui est bien pratique. C’est un bel hôtel avec un petit déjeuner varié de qualité. La literie est confortable et tout est bien propre. Le seul point à améliorer serait la moquette qui est bien défraîchie dans la chambre. Il y a une navette gratuite pour l’aéroport mais on ne nous l’avait pas indiqué.」

「Room is a bit small and reasonably clean. Location is great and free shuttle transfer can be arrange to drop off and pick up from nearby shopping mall, East Rand Mall. Buffet breakfast is also very good.」

「飯店裡的員工都非常友善，因住宿隔天要非常早去參加tour，飯店員工貼心的留了字條告知出發時間以及打包好隔天的早餐，非常感謝!不過飯店美中不足的是地板清潔度不夠有許多灰塵，通風也不好有點異味，但總體以價格來說已經很不錯了，早餐好吃房間也大!」
