Outstanding hotel in every way. Service levels were exemplary every single person went above and beyond. Room condition and cleanliness were flawless. Restaurants and food were first class. Taxis easily available and perfect to be walking distance to a small world of restaurants and shopping.

Good Choice 👍

New hotel within Melrose which offers easy access to local restaurants and coffee shops. The hotel is extremely nice, clean and offers a fantastic breakfast and great Gym facilities.

Excellent location in the heart of Melrose Arch with access to loads of restaurants, coffee shops and stores. Friendly personnel who go out of their way to make you feel at home. Soft comfy beds and spacious clean rooms. What more could you ask for, for a short family getaway?

A New Johannesburg Hotel

Brand new hotel in a lovely area of Johannesburg. Great service, comfortable room and the M-Club was amazing. I would definitely stay again. Room was well equipped and comfortable with lots of thoughtful touches. Staff was super helpful. My only criticism - The overall hotel color pallet is shades of gray - very dull.

My son and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Melrose Arch Marriott. It's centrally located which afforded us the opportunity to walk to several shops and restaurants. My only issue with our hotel stay was with room service. When we would receive our meal from room service it was usually cold. I had to make sure to mention to please make sure I food was hot upon delivery. I was so annoyed one morning that I just sent my food back and started dining out for breakfast.
