「The bathroom lock door is non-existent and broken. There are some stains on the carpet. Quite disappointing that there is no mini fridge in the room. 」

「Spotlessly clean rooms/ hotel , but noisy Aircon meant I didn't sleep well , even when switched off the fans still active. Breakfast included was fine , the check in staff on Arrival where terrible, unhelpful and argumentative and almost had me paying again for a room id already paid for.」

「Incredibly outdated, broken and cracked bath panel, broken bathroom unit, broken long mirror (removed, pins still in wall), bathroom door very badly scuffed. Furniture very aged and mattress could feel the springs when lyijng down. Linen looked clean but smelled. Staff members, quietness, views and location were all fantastic - such a shame. Update the rooms, or even just fix the broken fixtures, and I would consider returning.」

「We stayed at this beautiful cottage last weekend and honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The owners were incredibly helpful, especially when we let them know we wouldn’t be arriving until midnight — they couldn’t have been more accommodating. The cottage itself is absolutely stunning, set in a fantastic location with truly amazing views. We loved the peace and quiet, and it was the perfect place to switch off and unwind.
