"DO NOT RENT THIS PLACE!!!! The deck was covered in dead limbs. The grass wasn't cut. No-one has been to upkeep this place for a long time. There were thousands of dead bugs all over the floor and furniture. The AC doesn't work and there was nothing clean in the entire place. I couldn't stay in these kinds of conditions.
