City Garden GRAND Hotel

City Garden GRAND Hotel

8/10 Good
"All in all it was a good stay. Was here 8 months prior and it seemed the hotel was more accommodating to the guests expectations of this 5 start hotel. Changes of only offering 1 robe, second only upon request, less accommodating staff and those small added touches like water and coffee in the main lobby had disappeared in only a short period of time. What might I expect to be taken away next was my question? Shortened pool and hot tub hours? Water dispensers in the hallways top be removed? Shortened breakfast access and less options for food varieties? I'll ask many more questions before paying top dollar at this 5 start hotel again. It's those impressive extras that made it a top choice upon revisit to Manila."
