「Parking ramp needs attention badly. Not a great access into hotel from ramp. Had to carry luggage up stairs that were wet and dirty to get to hotel entrance 」

「I did not use the gym, but again the heater in the room was very noisy hard to sleep, and then the heater would stop working and only blow cold air, I had to shut the heater off for a while turn it back on. And then the TV went out so I was about a day without the TV and the breakfast was not very good」

「Needs renovating badly. Elevators are ridiculously slow as well. Rooms are poorly layed out. Mattresses are horrible. The positives are that the rooms are fairly quiet, and reasonably clean. 」

「Shower is very accessible for people with inconvenience in moving. Also, the water tap is installed on the opposite side of the shower head made it extra accessible without having to stand under the shower head/water to turn it on/off - which is great details in desgin. 」

「The spa wash not working/out of order. There were little black bugs in the room. My wife counted over a dozen of them while she was in the restroom 」
