There was a little confusion about billing for an upgrade but Crystal was very friendly and professional; she helped to resolve the problem as quickly as she could with Mike (the manager, who is also friendly and cares about your satisfaction). I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. The property and room were very clean and offered great amenities.」
