We are glad to stay at the Sagebrush due it most reasonable, affordable pet fee and its openness to pet guests. The rooms in the older part of the lodge have great historical appeal with a lovely courtyard and proximity to the dining and entertainment part of the property. The newer section is also a good place to stay for more modern rooms and amenities and the swimming pool. We stay at the Sagebrush every time we take a trip to Taos whether it be an overnight or several days. It is a retreat. A bit out of town,but certainly appealing to us. Entertainment is good as well.

We enjoyed our stay, the room was immaculate, the adobe walls, the tiled areas and vigas in the room made it feel like home. This was a different type of stay from the "modern" cookie cutter type hotel. I highly recommend this place and room 101. Not sure all the rooms were like this but it was very nice. Live music at the cantina was great as well.

Staff had bad attitude. Shower was poor, took about 15 minutes for hot water. No pool. It said breakfast available. It Didnt tell you had to go to the restuarant next door to buy breakfast. But breakfast excellantce at the restuarant.

Property was well kept. The rooms were clean. We had n accessible room but it had a tub and not handicap friendly. The blow dryer did not work in the room. Called for extra towels and felt like it was a bother to ask for them.

We really enjoyed the overall appearance of the entire complex. Our room looked exactly as the website showed. It should have been cleaner. And it definitely needed some TLC. Nothing really dangerous, but the refrigerator door handle was falling off, just small things like that. But the staff was extremely helpful, polite and seemed very happy in their positions. Food was very good.
