「The night of stay was not good. My party booked two rooms, but, the air conditioning of the room as not cool enough. There is no facial issue and shower cap provided. The blow dryer is very weak and not powerful enough for hair drying. For 120+sq ft room, we did not expect the rooms are so small. I will have four more nights (two rooms again) returning on July 6 and hopefully the rooms assigned are going to be in better quality. The ones we stayed in have ruined the reputation of the Ibis...

「Overall, I had a great stay. The design of the hotel was stylish and thoughtfully curated—modern, with a sophisticated color palette that I really loved. The only downside was the noise from the room above. Every late night and early morning, I could clearly hear footsteps overhead, and even the ceiling light fixture in my room would rattle with a metallic or glass-clinking sound. It was quite unsettling and affected my rest. If the sound insulation between floors could be improved, it would...

「The hotel is in a great location and was definitely clean, stylish and lived up to the appearance you would expect from a five-star property. The beds were also incredibly comfortable and cosy, which made for a very good night’s sleep. However, I felt the service could have been much warmer and more welcoming. On arrival, I had to carry and drag a heavy suitcase up a set of stairs myself before reaching the elevator. For this type of hotel, I would have expected a member of staff to offer...

「Unfortunately, we were disappointed with our stay. We visited in early September, and there was no air conditioning, which made the room very hot and uncomfortable. There was also no elevator, and the stairs were extremely steep, narrow, and high. You need to be physically fit to climb them, and the stairs and room were not clean. The location was also farther than expected—about a 25-minute walk to the terminal. Overall, because of the heat, difficult stairs, cleanliness, and location, we would...

「the room has a view facing to the wall of next building , the price is extremely expensive in such view.」

「I had a fantastic stay at Pulitzer Amsterdam. The location is exceptional—right in the beautiful canal district and within walking distance of the Anne Frank House, the Nine Streets, Jordaan, and many of Amsterdam’s best museums. Exploring the city on foot was effortless.」
