Everyone helpful and efficient. Room was clean and very comfortable with a nice view and available for us weary travelers several hours before check in time. Breakfast was outstanding!

Stay was fine. Did not like that front entrance was locked after a certain hour and side door was not easy to find. Also did not like that room had full rug. Wish it was flooring with an area rug.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Excellent Stay — Perfect Location and Exceptional Service! We had a wonderful experience at the DoubleTree by Hilton Amsterdam Centraal Station. The hotel’s location is unbeatable — just steps away from the train station, making it extremely convenient for exploring the city right after arrival. What truly made our stay exceptional was the friendly and helpful staff, especially Max at the front desk. After an 8-hour sleepless flight from Chicago, Max went above and beyond to expedite our early check-in, which was a huge help and very much appreciated. His warm hospitality set the tone for our entire stay. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and offered great views of the city. Overall, this hotel made our Amsterdam visit stress-free and enjoyable. Bed bug in my bed. Not much help was given . When we spoke to the front desk. They inspected our room after we left and provided us a report but I was very worried that it might lay its eggs in our belonging and I was so worried to take it back home with us.
