「The room was clean and tidy, however when we stayed last year we had bottles of water in our room but this was not the case this time, I brought my own last year but didn't this year as I thought that bottles of water would be in our room. I also requested an extra pillow as the 2 pillows I had were flat, reception made a note of this but the pillow never arrived. Staff were all very welcoming, helpful and pleasant. 「Basic double courtyard rooms. Spacious rooms but standard double beds - though from the indentations on the carpet in mine, a Queen or King resided there before. Even so, the base "flat" sheets did not fit the mattress to the head exposing no protector. Total lack of information in my room (27) that was there in our daughter's (25) regarding wifi access and other info. I had to wash a tea cup in my room that had a sticky residue at the bottom of it and clear lip residue around the rim. No mixer...

Unfortunately, when the windows opened the road noise is too great to leave open and the room very warm so for me, not comfortable due to being too hot and poor quality sleep. There is a fan but only blowing around warm air so not great.
