「Bitterly disappointed 1) the website does not actually represent where you could be potentially staying, some rooms so so basic with camp style beds. The pictures online definitely do not represent this 2) the room smelled of drainage 3) I spent €10 on cleaners and bleach to hide/mask the smell 4) the hotel has 200 irons for 1000 rooms .. everyday we asked twice a day for an iron and could not be provided with one 5) hotel staff where at times incredibly rude! 「Très déçue par notre séjour, je ne recommande pas du tout cet hôtel. Plusieurs prestations annoncées ou attendues n’étaient pas présentes : sur les photos, des produits Rituals étaient affichés, mais nous n’en avons pas eu. Pas de peignoir ni de chaussons, et le gel douche n’était pas systématiquement rempli. Le service en chambre était également très irrégulier : tasses pas toujours changées, un jour des gobelets et du café, le lendemain non. Le ménage laisse à désirer, notamment sous les lits...

「Rooms were cleaned daily. Staff were friendly. Good variety of drinks on offer. Pool was small but good. Had to que at certain times for meals due to amount of people going at sane time. Over all we had a good time and would stay there again.」
