「The hosts John and Ildiko were very warm and welcoming! Super nice stay!」

「We were advised when we checked in that the elevator was disabled and as our room was two floors up we agreed to hand carry our bags up and then down again the next morning ( no big deal) but when we requested a water, they wanted to charge us 3 Euros for a 25 ml bottle of water.」

「Hotel was nice. Got a nice room with a view of the beach. Staff were always friendly. Location is nice, along the waterfront and outside of the hussle and bussle of town. The hotel has a restaurant and there are also several more restaurants right next door. Only downside was that the pool is only open during the summer. 」

「This hotel was excellent in every respect , immaculately clean. Big fluffy towels, changed every day. Free coffee and tea in reception 24hours. Friendly and helpful staff. Would highly recommend.」

「The hotel is amazing! Beautiful aesthetics and the room is beautiful. The kitchen is well-equipped for basic cooking and our room was clean every day. The gym was good and we used it daily. The staff were all friendly and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. We arrived with a bottle of champagne, rose and card for Valentine's Day. Thank you! I highly recommend the Cala Lanuza suite. You do need to either have a car or be happy to take the tram, which runs every 30 mins. 」

「5 star views!!! I must admit the views were incredible, worthy of their 5 star status. The rooms were spacious that came with all the necessary toiletries. However- the bed linen or top cover was not comfortable , quite course and not what I’d expect for such a signature hotel. The breakfast was good- the staff were amazing - however - due to the limited amount of guests (14 rooms vacated vs 84) the hotel decided to close the pool bar and play no music!! 「The hotel was very clean,room was lovely and spacious.As a solo guest I felt very safe and the staff were friendly Spa was amazing and relaxing. The breakfast was good but the food at dinner was not as hot as it could be and not too many choices but it was early in the season.」
