「Clean and comfortable bedroom. Staff were very polite and helpful.However at times there appeared to be a staff shortage particularly in the bars Breakfast was good quality and variety. Pool was good with plenty of sunbeds available. The bar soft furnishings were worn and dirty.」

「Stayed 3 nights in room overlooking pool bar. Room was great, comfortable bed, great aircon (had to figure it out myself), shower was as powerful as ive had in any hotel. Room was spotless on arrival and cleaned daily to a great standard, though Im a bit ocd anyway. Food was good in restaurant. Plenty selection, hot food was always hot and i wasn’t ever stuck for choice though Im not a fussy eater anyway. Plenty of sun loungers though there’s a queue from 0800 as folk want the best...

「Side sea view room, 2 bedrooms, long balcony. Stayed here in 2023 in panoramic room with wrap around balcony which was better for evening sunset in Block A. However, this stay did not disappoint, still friendly staff, great room, quiet area, beds amazing, best sleep in a long time. Pool was fabulous. 「Jag och min fru bokade 2 veckor här och all inklusive. Stort hotell med 14 våningar och bara 4 jämt upptagna hissar, det borde ha varit minst 8 hissar. Totalt 4 kaffe maskiner och 2 utav dem var ur funktioner och den tredje maskinen gick sönder, lång kö för att hämta kaffe och matsalen var fullt med folk, det här pågick i flera dagar. Dricksvatten från handpumpen var inte drickbara och personalen sprang runt i matsalen för att dela dricksvatten i vattenflaskor, totalt kaos nästan varje dag....
