Very tiny lift, just about squeezes 2 people in. 180kg max. But reliable. It is spacious and has everything we need. Includes hob, kettle, dishwasher, washing machine, clothes airer, ironing board and iron. Sleeps up to four. A comfortable double and a single bed in the one bedroom. A sofa bed in the lounge. 「Nothing was good with this experience. We were not given check in information prior to arrival other than what was on the original booking. Once we arrived we could not access the building of the address which I had been given. I called multiple times and was spoken to by a very rude employee who at one point hung up on me when I asked for the number she had on the booking form. I was then thankfully helped by a local man who worked Nextdoor to the accommodation who told me check in was at 5pm....

「A lovely clean apartment with helpful, friendly reception staff. We stayed on the 19th floor so had amazing panoramic views! We had a long flight delay arriving, so was a bit concerned how we would get into our room as the reception closes at 7pm but when we arrived we called the number at reception door and was given a code to release the keys to a deposit box outside. Very easy. Nothing to dislike about this property would recommend.」
