Stayed many a time at this hotel. Lovely rooms and comfortable, disappointed this visit as our alcohol in fridge in room was taken, can only have been from the maid id presume. Makes me worried about staying again as if a hotel worker can take something like this what else are the capable of taking. Food also seems to have gone down hill as well. Good location for the main strip. Hotel is clean

We stayed 3 nights on a b&b basis! The room was great, we had the biggest balcony I’ve ever had and great views the bed was really comfy and a great size! Breakfast had everything you’d expect and was nice!

Great location and hotel. Felt more like a 3 ⭐️ than a 4. Food was fine, room cleaned daily, lots of sun beds in september especially if you go on the adult only solarium or the near the slides. Few negatives...hated the token system, no pool towels provided and all inclusive deunks finish at 11. Rooms are clean and comfortable, perfect location close to strip but quiet enough for decent sleep. Food wasn’t the best but hotel comfort made up for this. Travelled end of august was difficult to get a sunlounger. Preciously stayed before and didn’t have this problem. Also seating area around pool is like a jigsaw puzzle. Tables are jam packed together and I’m possible to get in and out of a seat/table, pool doesn’t seem big enough for the size of hotel. Will stay again due to convenience of location and comfortable rooms

Weekend stay

Beautiful hotel with extensive buffet for breakfast and other meals. Very clean and great location to access bars and beach.

Lovely stay ☺️

Lovely and clean room and beds were very comfortable. The only slight problem we had was the shower had a slight leak which was probably just a seal around the door, but that aside the shower had the best water pressure I have ever had in a hotel. Brilliant for getting sun cream off. Food was good and varied and staff very friendly and efficient. Would definitely stay again. ☺️

Good Hotel

Reception area and staff were very pleasant and welcoming. Rooms were clean and spacious, it was also nice having tea making facilities and a small fridge in the room. There was a good variety and plenty of food in the restaurant.

Lovely hotel, excellent location. Great food

Check in was simple, we arrived early so put our bags in luggage storage and went into town. All staff were very friendly. Breakfast was awesome, lots of choice and so was the dinner. Lots of different types of food. Well done Rosamar, we will be back.

New refurbished rooms are very nice indeed! Check in staff helpful and friendly. And food quality and selection was excellent. My only negative is i think 4pm check in is quite late. Especially if you arrive on one of the many morning flights from the uk. Thats most of the day gone before you can unpack, freshen up etc....

The hotel was good but the room service was awful and they only folded our sheet and didn’t even sweep the floor or exchanged our coffee cup that was dirty! Other than than it’s a great location and receptions are friendly

Great location for central Benidorm and rooms were spacious, quiet and modern. We paid extra for the breakfast but only dine in once. For the quality and the price of getting food elsewhere, it’s not worth the money. Would recommend and stay again
