NIU is a lovely, modern, stylish apartment hotel facility with well appointed rooms and a rooftop pool and relaxation area. The rooms feel spacious and the area is quiet. Only a short walk away is the promenade that spans the entire Villajoyosa beach.

Lovely apartment well decorated, on a quiet street which is great as all external noise can be heard. Very clean, staff polite, friendly and accommodating as was able to check in early and depart late. Only suggestion would be to have someone on reception even a couple of hours a day though Jose was extremely quickly to respond to any enquiries! Thank you

The apartment was in a great location on the edge of town but within easy walking distance. Check-in was done on-line and was simple. The staff were extremely helpful and courteous. The rooms themselves were spacious and clean with good views of the sea. We'd certainly book again.

A great property and a resulting lovely holiday . Location to beach and town is superb and the nearby bar, coffee shop and supermarket made everything complete. Do not stay!

We had booked an apartment that was supposed to come with a hot tub, however when we were given our apartment there was no hot tub. We raised this issue with the hotel management and they claimed that we were incorrect. I sent them the apartment specification we had booked but they continued to claim we were wrong. Eventually they conceded that the description on the website was incorrect. We did not receive any apology or compensation. We contacted Hotels.com about the issue and they said they would contact the hotel about the issue but I have nothing further. The apartment was adequate and clean but just not what we had booked. We could not use the air conditioning as there was a really bad smell of fish. The pictures of the pool are very misleading on the website. It is tiny and there are only 4 sunloungers and some other seats in really tiny area around the pool. I would not recommend staying here.

Bra!

Jättefint och stort rum, hela hotellet är jättefräscht. Vi fick ingen städning förrän efter tre dagar när totala vistelsen var fyra så det kunde varit bättre. Väldigt få platser vid poolen men vi hade tur. Överlag ett toppenboende.

Fantastischer Ort in bester Lage - nahe genug an der Promenade, um zu Fuß zu den Restaurants zu gelangen, und weit genug um eine ruhigere Atmosphäre zu genießen. Je nach Zimmer kann man den Meerblick sowohl im Osten (der Sonnenaufgang im dem Rooftop-Pool ist fantastisch) als auch im Süden genießen. Großartige Betreuung durchs Personal! Inneneinrichtung sehr geschmackvoll und auf einem hohen Standard.

Trevlig och engagerad personal. Nytt och fräscht. Hade föredragit en säng istället för bäddsoffa. Lägenheten hade en fransk balkong därför var takterassen med pool extra värdefull. Bra läge i förhållande till strand och restauranger.
