「The 5 o’clock check in is the latest I ever seen in all the properties I ever stayed at. The check in was horrible. They didn’t have my reservation and made me wait over 30 minutes and didn’t offer a drink from the bar or any other compensation. After 30 minutes I went to the reception desk and asked how long it would be only to find out that my reservation was ready. The elevator wasn’t working for the duration of our stay. 「We were happy to check into this lovely place with nice staff and warm decor in the room. The facilities and amenities were just right and made our skiing trip easier. Great location to stay, shop, dine around town. And you don't pay as much in the end.」

「Room was very clean and comfortable. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Close to St-Sauveur downtown and factory outlet malls; next to IGA grocery store, restaurants, gas stations, etc. The property is located right on a hiking, biking and skiing trail - the Aerobic Corridor. The hotel is set along a small river, surrounded by forest and lush landscape. Beautiful nature! Would definitely come back again.」

「Honestly, the basic room was below the standard we expected for $100+tax per night. It was dated, with a broken/unsteady coffee table, a very small bathroom, and old, bulky blankets. Even at check-in, the host’s attitude was essentially that we were “paying little,” which was disappointing and made us feel our expectations should be lower. For this price, I would not recommend staying here. You may get better value staying in Montreal and driving in for the day.」
