「Clovis, à l'accueil, était très chaleureux, avenant et toujours prêt à aider. Je tiens à souligner son excellent service, qui a vraiment fait une différence durant notre séjour! Les chambres et le complexe en général gagneraient toutefois à être rénovés. Le ménage était bien fait, les lits étaient très propres, mais les chambres étaient un peu poussiéreuses et les tables étaient collantes. Avec un peu plus d'attention portée à ces détails, l'expérience serait encore meilleure. Malgré cela, nous...

「We were happy to check into this lovely place with nice staff and warm decor in the room. The facilities and amenities were just right and made our skiing trip easier. Great location to stay, shop, dine around town. And you don't pay as much in the end.」

「They told me they will freeze 50$ as a deposit if there is any damages and said they will return it back...the minute I checked out and left they charged me 50$ without any explanation. Breakfast is terrible, using freezed bagged expired muffins, Milk, cereals, Cold boiled eggs ، toast and bagels. Sink in the room not draining properly. Even the pool very small and shallow my son almost hit his knee when jumped in the pool.」

「Room was very clean and comfortable. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Close to St-Sauveur downtown and factory outlet malls; next to IGA grocery store, restaurants, gas stations, etc. The property is located right on a hiking, biking and skiing trail - the Aerobic Corridor. The hotel is set along a small river, surrounded by forest and lush landscape. Beautiful nature! Would definitely come back again.」

「L’hôtel était très propre, bien aménagé et récent. J’ai cependant dû demander deux changements de chambre consécutifs à l’arrivée, le premier car il n’y avait pas de douche dans la chambre (un bain avec un rideau?), le deuxième car je ne pouvait pas contrôler la température (panneau brisé). Finalement, même dans la troisième chambre avec un panneau fonctionnel, j’ai fini par comprendre que l’hôtel bloque le contrôle de la température et souhaite que nous nous adressions à la réception pour TOUT...
