One of the cleanest hotel room I have booked. Very good value for the money which is quite rare nowadays. Would recommend

Location is great. We booked a suite and it was perfect for our little family. The fully equipped kitchen allowed us to save on meals. It was like having our own little appartement. We loved the huge terrace and the gas fireplace. Parking wasn’t an issue and check in was all done on line.
We didn’t enjoy how uncomfortable the beds were or how hot the room was. You couldn’t regulate the temperature so the only option was the open the patio door to cool off the room.
The furniture has seen better days but for the rate, it’s nothing surprising.
Highly recommend for an affordable location very close to the skill hill.
Our studio was in good shape and included a nice gas fireplace and kitchenette equipped for light occasional meals. The bed was very comfortable with good pillows and a warm duvet cover. St-Sauveur is a very popular quaint village. The hotel is in a quiet location and the distance to groceries and outlet stores are walkable. Although some restaurants are also close, the main restaurant road is 1.5 to 2 km away.

Room well laid out but furniture old, well worn and mismatched.
Despite some confusion checking in virtually with no reception desk, the room was lovely and well appointed. The sole issue we had was technical difficulties with the TV. We would recommend it highly and would certainly go again.
Large well appointed room with king bed, kitchenette with full size refrigerator, fireplace, balcony facing south-west toward ski hills, large bathroom with shower and soaker tub.No facilities on premises eg coffee shops, pool, hot tub. 5 minute drive or 15 minute walk to restaurants and grocery store
Poor customer service
Bed is hard and uncomfortable
Low quality amenities

Overall, decent for the money, however rooms are tired and could use an update/refresh.
Not sure what was going on, but in my room, there was a terrible humming noise coming on every hour or so, which is pretty annoying.
The only frustrating aspect was there is no person to talk to at reception to ask questions. I wanted recommendations like things to do and places to see especially since I’m from Ontario and don’t speak French so I needed a bit of guidance but couldn’t get any. Mostly I wanted to get recommendations for ski season. Ski in ski out was mostly my objective but still we had a great time and would still recommend with a warning there is no person at reception to speak to.
Overall a nice hotel. A little pricey but the room was immaculate. The in room amenities were good and it was very clean. The hotel was booked solid but very quiet. They had a handicapped spot in front of the hotel but they did not have a handicap access button to open the door which was a little odd. The balcony was nice but you couldnt smoke on it. A little weird. You had to go downstairs and there was no real place to sit outdoors. That was annoying. I guess if you are a handicapped smoker stay elsewhere. I am not sure if we would return as there are cheaper and closer options available.
When we went inside the room il smell the insectiside wich we could not stay inside
We try to open the door but it was not working
We were unhappy and it was impossible to stay in that conditions we left immediatly and we booked in an other hotel near by / based on that i hope i have my money back or at least a credt for an another reservation

No on-site staff and empty entrance makes the hotel feel like it’s lacking charm or character.
The temperature in our room was too high.
The bathroom light wasn’t working properly (dim and flickering). The lighting in the bedroom is not good (bedside lights are too bright, no light over sink). The fridge temperature was too low.
There wasn’t enough parking on a couple of occasions.
