The service was great, everyone was very friendly and I felt very welcome. The place is well located near many restaurants and the view from the rooms was incredible; however, the facilities don't look like they do in the photos. The rooms are old, while in the published photos everything looks new. It's obvious that the photos were taken a long time ago or that they were retouched.

The room was spacious and the people at the front desk friendly. The bathroom floor was dirty. We came back from a day of skiing and our first impression is that they didn't have time to clean the room; bed not made, coffee pot and mug not clean but then we noticed that the tip was gone. We noticed that the hand towel in the bathroom was folded. That was the room clean up they did.

We often go to this hotel because it is convenient, comfortable and clean. It is a 3 stars hotel and worth no more than this: Scratched walls, burned light bulb, leaking shower, tv in poor condition. No room cleaning for a two day stay. Yet, it is still convenient, comfortable and clean for us.

The hotel was very nice and had a beautiful view! If you need new towels just ask they will give you. Overall we had a great stay and it was super close to all restaurants and ski mountains! 5 min drive away to everything!
