「They do not provide housekeeping and other services besides check in and check out. If you try to call them on the phone, it most likely asks you to leave a voicemail which is full. Some of the staff have a terrible attitude. Also, if you are looking at the shuttles they provide to Disney and Universal, the times their shuttle runs are mostly inconvenient, so make sure you ask about this before booking with them. 」

「Charming inn in a charming walkable historic town. The restaurant was very good and the front porches can’t be beat. If you are open to the character a historic property lends, you will be fine. If you are expecting Hilton amenities, stay at Hilton on the main drag.」

「Rooftop bar closed on Monday and Tuesday 😖 The lobby is tastefully done, room was huge! Balcony view is excellent. Location, perfect! Many of the places in the building were closed off with do not enter signs. One cannot go down the stairs as the ground level door is locked! Maybe one day it will be a “boutique” hotel.. The pool is large and surrounding area well maintained. And yes, I would stay there again! It’s just a work in progress! 」

People hanging around on the outside of the property. If it’s I would like a refund」
