「Pleased all the waay 'round. Older property but well maintained. Clean room with a comfortable bed. Easy to access and a great breakfast restaurant (Morning Glory) just steps away--we did not try the hotel-provided breakfast.」

「In general, it is good. However, the sound insulation is not good. Every step upstairs can be heard clearly. Car noise at parking lot can be heard inside the room.」

「I was very disappointed during my stay at this hotel. When we checked in, the front desk receptionist had a very poor service attitude. It was already 11:30 pm when we arrived at the hotel, and we wanted to check in and rest immediately. However, the room arranged by the front desk was not the one I had originally booked. They assigned me to room 115, which had a bad smell and a very dirty bathroom. I said you didn't want that room, but the front desk receptionist said there were no other rooms...

「Booked for the water slide and hot tub. The lifeguard on duty, Billy I think, was amazing. There were children swimming and he made sure everyone was safe at all times. He was friendly and attentive to all the separate groups swimming. The water was very clean and the pool area very well kept.」

「I was charged $86 for incidentals after check out, though it should have been $30; no email was sent to explain. OTOH, the breakfast buffet is good and the grounds are lovely. (Be aware that, as to be expected at a hot springs, the water smells and tastes funky.)」
