「I was very disappointed during my stay at this hotel. When we checked in, the front desk receptionist had a very poor service attitude. It was already 11:30 pm when we arrived at the hotel, and we wanted to check in and rest immediately. However, the room arranged by the front desk was not the one I had originally booked. 「Excellent customer service and an exceptionally friendly staff made our visit a pleasure from start to finish. The space is beautifully appointed and thoughtfully decorated to complement the charm and history of the inn. The meat pies from the bakery were absolutely mouthwatering—an absolute must-try. 「This was the most excellent place i have ever been to! The cabin was pristine and absolutely perfect for a relaxing weekend. It was beautiful. The snowy outside and the warm cozy inside made it perfect for pajamas and books. There were games to play, a woodstove to watch and absolute blissful quiet. The hottub was wonderful and it relaxed the bones on day two. The kitchen is perfect and we made our little meals without chaos.. the bed was firm but oh so comfortable! Even the pillows...

「Beautiful property on the winery. Nicely decorated room & large shower. Separate living, kitchenette & bedroom area. The only downside is the room we had had the parking area on one side & the winery tasting room on the other. So we kept our curtains closed. Also the hot tub was dirty. We were looking forward to using it. 」

「Nicest shower in a budget friendly motel I’ve ever experienced!
