「The property is at a winery with beautiful views of swans and a new baby swan, and the surrounding vineyards. The grounds are in good condition and the areas next to winery are lush and green with lots of things to look at. The winery itself has good food and even better wine. The Glamp Cottage trailer we stayed in was full of amenities including an electric fireplace, outdoor fire pit, outdoor dining and a hot tub. When you walk inside it is decorated very nice. 「The Help Desk staff was friendly and helpful during check-in and with answering questions about “missing” knife from knife set and instructions for TV. The room was clean overall with new utensils for the kitchen and blackout curtains. However, the lack of sufficient indoor lighting made the place feel like a cave even on sunny days. One concern was the number of flying insects hidden in the front curtains and one on one of the beds. When we killed it, it seemed bloated with what looked like...

「At around 11 PM the night of check in we had smoke, paramedics and firemen on our floor (2nd floor). My wife asked them if we were evacuating. She was yelled at to get back in her room, that the smoke was toxic, and she would be safer in the room. We heard other guests being told the same thing; there was a fair amount of yelling. There was also an extremely loud exhaust fan running in the hallway sounding like a small jet engine. We never heard any general fire alarm, nor did the front desk...

「#26 Loved the jacuzzi and real wood fireplace. The pool table in the basement was a bonus. Staff were all very nice. The fountains were useful to drown out the freeway and other noise. Breakfast was pretty good -look for the 1/2 servings of frittata. A bit dated and raggedy but cozy like visiting your favorite grandparents. Housekeeping could be a bit more thorough but we would stay again! Location was so convenient.」

「I was very disappointed during my stay at this hotel. When we checked in, the front desk receptionist had a very poor service attitude. It was already 11:30 pm when we arrived at the hotel, and we wanted to check in and rest immediately. However, the room arranged by the front desk was not the one I had originally booked. They assigned me to room 115, which had a bad smell and a very dirty bathroom. I said you didn't want that room, but the front desk receptionist said there were no other rooms...

「Very old and small motel located in the old area in Medford. I would give it a better review at beginning. However, the breakfast was too simple and no place to eat. So, the price is not so cheap.」
