"A couple of very small points to make our stay perfect. 1. There needs to be a shelf or a place in the shower cubicle to put the shower gels etc. 2. There was lovely hot water in the handbasin but not in the shower. The mixer in the shower needs attention. 3. The room safe is pretty useless on the floor in the cupboard. It needs to be at least waistline height with clear operation instructions."

"Room was clean and had everything we needed but was at the end of a corridor with no lift access. A person with mobility issues would struggle to get to the room using stairs only. Breakfast was good lots of options and plenty of food on offer. "
