「The room was perfect for an adult and two teenagers, lovely spacious and clean, everything you need for a few days. The staff were all very helpful and kind, will definitely be staying again」

「Our room did not get the bed made, the towels refreshed. And the soap dispenser above the bath was empty, it didn’t even have a refill bag. The hotel is very dated and tatty. The reception is unwelcoming , too few seats, and few staff When I phoned reception , I should have been told the cleaners to make beds etc. only come in on the third day We stayed 2 nights.now renamed THE WORST WESTERN.」
