「I wanted to stay in the room. Two days after I sent a message, when I had to check out, I was told that there was no room. Parking was not allowed at the street gate on Thursday morning, and I received a ticket from 7:30 a.m. When I checked in, I was not reminded that I could not park between 7:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m. on Thursday. After the feedback of the problem, the customer service did not reply.」
