"Everything was excellent. The only reason I gave only 4 stars for staff is because I requested late checkout, and the next morning when I double checked (fortunately!), it was not noted. It all worked out; the morning staff was able to grant late checkout."

"The price is too high plus $150 deposit required. Breakfast was super poor. Room was clean and quiet ac. "

"Clean room, staff was accommodating- they have transporter rates that are better than Expedia. Be out of there before check out time cos the cleaning staff will barge in on you. "

"The shower was barely luke warm. Also, the room we requested got changed from a 2 bedroom to a 1 bedroom (even though we paid in advance). Luckily, the staff was nice enough to comp an additional room, but we still ended up with 2 queens instead of the requested king bed."

"The hotel is extremely grungy. Stained walls, built up dirt in corners of the bathroom, there were only 2 towels, shower head had good pressure but the nozzle was terrible. The only available outlet for charging with a cube was beside the sink. "
