「The staff are very kind and efficient, the top floor has a most beautiful view, it can see the Arcropolis directly, you can choose it for the breakfast and dinner. A little but noise because it’s in the center of the Athens, and nearby Arcropolis. You can take a Uber just about 10 minutes, there’s a subway just walk out of the hotel 2minutes. You can walk to Hondors Center to shopping for walking 8minutes. The only one point , the bathroom is small, shower room is narrow. 」

「As an airport hotel. This one is super easy walking distance to arrive airport (less 50 meters). The staffs are very friendly and helpful, especially when you arrive midnight because the airplane got delayed. The beds are extremely comfortable and we slept like babies. No complaints at all so if you have next day long flight or early flight, this hotel won’t let you down.」

「Very good service and Breakfast. Super good mattress for sleeping. The reception lady Hara did a good job for delivering the bouquet of flower which I prepared for my wife! The only improvement is the whirlpool did not get the water hot enough. The technician seem have no idea about how to get water hotter, indeed after his adjustment, the water turns cooler. We didnt have a chance immersing in the hot water and enjoying the best Oia Sunset view.」

「I discovered that bathing products didn't be renewed, one-third of conditioner is being used and left with some white dried conditioner. Disgusting dirt was unclened around the garbage bin in washroom. Floor near bathroom got moudly. I couldn't expect these happened in a 5 star hotel. Hotel do need to be reconditioned, obsolete impression. Other than that, view of acropolis was great, staff were nice, breakfast buffet tasted average 」

「We've had a great time at the hotel - gge rooms are fantastic - big, clean and very well equipped, the bacony with the full sea-view is great, the Spa facilities and indoor pool are excellent, Breakfast and dinner options are very good, and the service is in the level you can expect from such an exclusive hotel. Our only comment is the lack of activities and late opening hour (11:00) of the Spa and indoor pool in off-season times.」

「helpful staff; good location. Only real downside was the TRAFFIC noise was awful. Couldn't sleep much as room was facing the street. Curious if rooms on the backside had better noise reduction. Also, front facing room on 4th floor had a bright light shining in from the hotel itself.」

「Great resort」

「Amazing location and very comfortable rooms. Staff is nice, food is average, the spa has a lot of options and great service, the mini market is very handy and activities are great for people with small children. Would have been nice to have a bit more animation in the evening for grown ups, all inclusive cocktails are unfortunately really bad quality and we didn't like that you had to pay an extra for the premium option. Overall it's a good value for money option, but not really a 5 stars. 」
