「⭐⭐⭐⭐ 4/5 We’ve just returned from a stay at Enorme Santanna Island Resort and overall had a lovely holiday, but there were a few things that stopped it from being a full 5-star experience. Starting with the positives — the staff were absolutely amazing throughout our stay. Every member of staff we encountered was friendly, welcoming and always happy to help. The rooms and hotel grounds were spotless and very well maintained. The complex itself is huge, with plenty of space and beautiful sunset...

「Breakfast was great, very friendly staff. The only issue we ran into was when we misplaced our room key. They give you a fob card for power in your room but they also give you a key for your room. I feel like the key is unnecessary and they should just move to the fobs but besides that it was a great place. It is on a hill with a massive incline so if your room is in the 200s or 300s be prepared for a workout. Location is great as its outside of main Elounda but only a 20min walk ( or 5 min...

「We were only there for one night but were especially impressed with how clean the room/property was. We enjoyed the dinner buffet and the wait staff were friendly and attentive. Our room was very spacious and we had a chance to enjoy the balcony for our morning coffee. We would stay here again if in the area.」

「Das Personal war wirklich sehr nett und hilfsbereit, aufmerksam und immer gut gelaunt. Der Pool hat einen tollen Blick auf das Meer und war von der Größe her, für ein Hotel in der Stadt, ausreichend groß. Der Liegebereich am Meer könnte schöner gestaltet werden. Das Betonplateau ist leider ziemlich hässlich und für ein Hotel dieser Sternekategorie nicht annehmbar,der Einstieg über die Leiter ins Meer schwierig. Gut gefallen hat uns das Frühstück und die Nähe zum Hafen ,Restaurant.」

「The hotel is beautiful but there is no proper beach close by so difficult with children as the pool was extremely cold and not heated. No one swam in it apart from the seagulls as it was so cold which was a shame as it was large and well positioned with sea views.」

「The Domes of Elounda was a beautiful property. The facilities including pools were beautiful. The reason I give it an ok is due primarily to service and maintenance considering the price. I expected 5 stars and got 4. The first night our electric went out. They fixed that that night but the hot tub did not work until the next day. The bar servers were incredibly slow. Other service was slow as well due to most of the servers being new. The cart drivers were great as well as reception.」

「Dora was amazing! She helped us plan some great day trips. More local traditional Greek food at the dinner buffet would have been appreciated. Our room was very damp and smelt musty. We only stayed for 3 nights but would have asked to be moved if staying longer. . 」

「It's a dated resort but it's well managed by staff who's friendly and tries to live up to its reputation. I hope they had more facilities for pet owners who like us travel light. Eco-friendly policies are in place. We have a child and enjoyed the facilities in a safe and carefree environment. Like the bathroom the most」

「Wirklich ein ausserordentlich gut geführtes Hotel. Essen auf Spitzenklasse, bester Service, perfekt gestaltete Anlage direkt am Wasser. Zwei Dinge, die man (v.a. in der Nebensaison) wissen muss: die Bungalows sind eher dunkel (keine Fenster) und klein. Der Pool ist nicht beheizt.」
