「Super Hotel und essen」

「Das einzige gute am Hotel war das Personal. Schimmel im Zimmer, Ameisen im Zimmer, defekte Dusche, Störung der Nachtruhe, Frühstück war ein Witz, dreckiges Zimmer (Staub unterm Bett, Dreck in jedem Eck des Zimmers…)」

「Sehr schöne moderne Zimmer, zwei gute Pools jeweils mit Babybecken, kleiner Spielplatz, direkt am Strand und mehrere leckere Tavernen in Laufnähe, das Essen im Hotel (wir hatten Frühstück und Abendessen) ist in Ordnung, Auswahl und Qualität könnte größer/besser sein.」

「Πολύ ωραία τοποθεσία βολική πρόσβαση σε καφέ εστιατόρια νυκτερινή διασκέδαση.Πολυ ζεστή υποδοχή από την Φωτεινή στην υποδοχή έκανε την διαμονή μας πραγματικά σαν να ειμασταν καλεσμένοι σε φιλικό μας σπίτι .Ήταν η δεύτερη φορά που έμεινα και θα ξαναμεινω 」

「Frühstück vielfältig und sehr gut」

「Ein super schönes Hotel. Es liegt zwar etwas abgelegen doch mit Mietwagen ist es kein Problem. Super nettes Personal das im sehr hilfsbereit war. Sehr leckers Essen sowohl beim Buffet als auch in den Restaurants. Eine absolute Empfehlung das Smigo! Auch Tennis und Paddleanlage sowie die Pools sehr gepflegt. Würde direkt wieder hinreisen!」

「Nice little apartments just a short stroll from the main hub of Makry Gialos. Very clean, spacious, excellent air conditioning and a beautiful lady (Despina I think?) who looked after us and gave us some wonderful home grown organic produce (grapes, apples, pomegranate). Not to mention the raki & delicious cake! We had a really lovely couple if days here ❤️」

「Never seen that, superb part of the world, hotel could be a 9/10 but the staff is horrible, rooms are ultra small (can’t shower without touching either the wall or the glass). Food at the buffet is terrible, almost no Greek option, nothing fresh, frozen food and deserts, staff is ultra rude (when not just away). Pool is dirty, never seen a hotel where people don’t use the pool… avoid if you don’t like a huge effort walking from bedroom to amenities. Again so disappointed by the staff and the...

「Stella and Andoni have a place in our heart! We can’t imagine coming back to Crete and not staying here. Rooms were OCD level spotless and clean, its metres from the beach, in a quiet town only a short drive from the bigger town. 」

「Nous avons passé un séjour inoubliable au Santanna. Le personnel est au petit soin pour nous, les communs sont propres. Les dîners au buffet sont très bons, en 3 jours nous n'avons pas eu 2 fois la même chose. Petit bémol sur la propreté de la piscine de la chambre et la salle de bain à cause d'un problème d'évacuation d'eau.」

「The hotel is right on the promenade and the beach. We stayed 2 nights. The room is comfortable and clean,no noise and it's very calm. The staff were kind and helpful. The only problem ,there is no lobby,all the space is turned into a restaurant. The breakfast is ok. Parking is on the street if you can find one. We enjoyed our time there.」

「We were only there for one night but were especially impressed with how clean the room/property was. We enjoyed the dinner buffet and the wait staff were friendly and attentive. Our room was very spacious and we had a chance to enjoy the balcony for our morning coffee. We would stay here again if in the area.」
