Great big resort, lots of options and parking, we didn't opt for the all inclusive but was able to partake in the other facitilites. Tennis courts, mini putt. They had a lot of staff on hand to support and help and be as welcoming as possible. Check in was fantastic everyone from begining to end always had a smile

It was our first experience in Crete and we loved every second minute. Staff were helpful and friendly. Pools were clean and service was excellent and food was tasty. There is a good service shuttle from hotel to town centre and the beach. We booked the sun bed for the beach via hotel (free of charge) and spend a day on Combro beach which was an excellent experience. We loved the resort swimming pools and sun bed and wanted to relax and stayed most days there but if you want to have more adventures they would guide you to book different tours. We can’t recommend the resort enough.

Very large property which has its pros and cons. A bit of a far walk to breakfast, parking etc. Property is very beautiful with gorgeous views of the mountains and the sea. Amazing flowering trees and plants, it’s like staying at a Mediterranean botanical gardens. Units are very spacious and accommodated our family of 5 with comfort. Convenient to have a restaurant and a store on site. Large pools perfect for families. All in all, we are extremely happy with our stay!

Nice hotel, well maintained despite dated rooms. Understand it's all inclusive if you have that option but charging extortionate prices to push people into going all-inclusive (15 EUR for all mixed drinks) is a bit much. Felt like the complimentary bottle of wine was lacklustre and a bit cheap for it was as it was only a half bottle with served with two walnuts and some peanuts. Same with the hotel only leaving a generic Birthday card in the room was really minimal effort that it may as well have not been done. Kind staff though and decent food on-site.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Lovely food, great amenities and the staff couldn’t do enough for you. The vibe is relaxed and it feels like there is a good amount of space so nowhere feels too crowded. We were there just as a couple but there were lots of families and children there but not to the point where it was disruptive if you’re just trying to have a relaxing time. Would definitely go back.

We enjoys the property and the proximity to the airport. The resort was 5 minute drive to several restaurants off property. The small town near property was cute and had several restaurants and places for drinks. We would stay again.

We enjoyed our stay at Village Heights Resort. The staff were amazing and looked after us well. The food was great, with plenty of choice to choose from, including the variety of restaurants they have. Rooms were of good size and were cleaned daily. Only downside was the bathrooms could be modernised. Good views of the sea. The free shuttle bus from the hotel to the centre of Hersonissos was very helpful. The hotel also had lots of entertainment on offer, particularly the Cretan Night, where they had live music and a dancing show. Overall, would highly recommend this hotel if you are looking to relax and be away from the centre of it all.
