「The sofa beds did not have linen or bedding in the correct size. The bathroom door in one of the rooms needs to be repaired, you could get trapped. The house from the outside does not have identification, I arrived at a very dark night, without telephone coverage and we could not locate which house where we would stay. For the WiFi, the key is a zero place that is easy to locate, taking into account that the people who are staying are passing through, as well as placing legible instructions on...

「Spacious and quiet room except there was a group of people being loud and annoying outside in the middle of the night. The AC was powerful yet quiet. There were also like 10 fruit flies in our room. A few of the small towels were yellow and had dust but the big ones were fine. Plenty of parking spots. Breakfast was not bad. No elevator.」

「This motel has been renovated so well! It's updated with a nice deck on the backside to enjoy the Suwannee River and has a wonderful gathering yard on the river for guests to enjoy. They've done a great job with this property and are very friendly. I would recommend staying here to anyone wanting to enjoy the area and the river!」

「This is a lovely property near Fanning Springs. The owners were responsive & phoned to make sure everything was in order. The home is extremely comfortable, convenient to Hwy 19, location was perfect. I usually stay in Gainesville when traveling to this area to stay in a hotel, and I’m so glad this popped up on Expedia & I found Tranquil Oaks. I’ll be back when in area.
