「The room was as shown in the photos. Clean, well-appointed and comfortable. The Motel though was decrepit on the outside. No one in reception. they had to make a photocopy of my driver's license to let me in. NO water glass or cup in the room. Expedia totally misled on this booking.」

「Friendly staff, room was clean and comfortable. We were passing through the area and stayed 1 night. Breakfast was good even though the power went out lol. The breakfast attended had a great attitude and had guests laughing and at ease during the outage. Id stay again if in the area.」

「This place took our money and we're not even open. Then refused to give us a refund when we arrived and found the place completely abandoned! No staff, no renters, no access to main area for food, no breakfast as advertised! Be very wary and don't stay there!! 」

「The room was discusting. It had human fecal matter and blood on wall in bathroom, a used lubricated condom in the nightstand drawer, the refrigerator was a solid block of ice, only one receptacle worked in the room, the furniture was so badly stained you were afraid to sit on it. The toilet didn't work properly, the recptacle in bathroom did not work neither did their hairdryer. The room was overall filthy and can not believe you would even put them on your website. Guess I will not be using...

「 dog friendly lodge. Main areas are very nice and well kept. Room that I stayed did need some small repairs. Generally clean. New owners will take a little time to put everything in order. Worth the stay. 30 minute drive to wineries and town of Floyd. Not really a lodge type of person but I did enjoy the peacefulness of the lodge and areas.」
