「I've stayed in alot of hotels and motels over the years working construction. This hotel was horrible, extremely dirty, just gross place. Definitely not worth the 100.00 dollars just because it's by a lake. Just avoid this place. Very dirty.」

「The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room and bed were very clean however the curtains wouldn’t close completely and had holes in them. Everything in the room worked: heat, ac, lights and plenty of hot water with good pressure. All in all worth the price compared to much higher hotels in the area if you’re looking for a good night’s sleep and don’t care about the frills.」

「Muy limpio」

「The place was very plain. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was good. The only complaint I have is that the front smell like wet dog. I didn’t realize when I booked here that they allow pets.」

「Staff was exceptional; room was clean but smelled of cigarette smoke which I reported to management to ensure I wasn’t blamed. The food was excellent!」

「To me, their advertising is misleading. I requested a queen size bed. I got a standard size bed. The man at the front desk was very helpful. He told me that all their beds come from their warehouse. My husband and I had a hard time sleeping because the bed was small. We have a queen size bed at home so I know the difference. Other than that it was a good experience」

「Adorable log cabin that is beautifully done! The grounds and view were beautiful. Our room and bathroom were spotless . Comfortable bed and wonderful pillows! All the ammenities you could want. The hosts were great and the breakfast was delicious! 100% recommend and would stay again!」

「Marilyn made the checkin and checkout so easy. It was a pleasure and we would stay again. Our space had everything needed and was cute and clean. Easy parking and convenient location!」

「This place was awful! I reserved a room through hotels.com and when I went to check in, the rude guy at the front desk said they do not use online reservations and refused to let me check in. I showed him the confirmation email and he still said they do not use online reservations. I had to find another hotel to stay at and I had already been charged for this one. Luckily the hotel next door (Rocky Mount Inn) was very nice and the front desk clerk was super helpful.」
