We stayed here just passing through. The beds were clean, though there were small cigarette burns on some of the sheets. The rooms were secure and the premises quiet on the Friday night we stayed. We rented 2 rooms and one of them appeared to have mildew on the vent in the bathroom. One of the rooms we initially got did not have a properly flushing toilet and was missing a light bulb. When we told the front desk they promptly changed us to a different room that was proper. While there was good water pressure, the tubs were old and stained. The toilet seats were the small round old-fashioned type. The whole place felt pretty run down, old, and in need of serious rennovation. There is an in-ground outdoor pool but it wasn't open yet. Breakfast was only waffles and frozen sausage biscuits, which worked for the kids but the wife and I are gluten free so we had to get something elsewhere. The lady who checked us out was friendly and professional.

Cigarette holes all through the blankets, tv remote control did not work, thick layers of dust on curtains, and dust webs around the ceiling corners. Its very dated, but that can be overlooked if more thorough cleaning was completed.

Asked for a non smoking and they had us in a room that reeked of smoke. When i went back to the office she said my reservation was for a smoking room. I have never smoked in my life! No way would i do that. The lights didn't work the phone didn't work. She did find another room. The bed was as firm as a board! I was not happy with my stay.

The bed was very confortable but the bathroom and the room was worn out. The bath was burning with cigarettes and the wall was not cleans. The breakfast had no fruits, no bananas... and the price is too expensive for this hotel.

Staff was super nice but that was about the only good thing. Lightbulbs were missing, our non-smoking room reeked of cigarettes, the door had a gap at the bottom you could see through, towels were dirty, bathroom was terrible. It was just not a good place to stay but options are limited during race weekends.
