「We chose Stay USA because of the amenities. The pool, hit tub and breakfast. The pool was down and the breakfast had very little choices. No eggs, just sausage gravy and biscuits for only protein. No juices, they were out. Did not taste good. The room smelled of body odor, the AC didn't work so room was hot all night. The bathtub didn't drain. The moisture fan in bathroom didn't work. We almost left without refund. Don't recommend staying anywhere in Hot Springs SD.」

「Coffee was poor quality and only French vanilla creamer available. Mattresses in room 108 were very saggy and uncomfortable. Hotel was very clean, bright, and staff were welcoming and helpful. I will stay there again but check mattresses first and bring my own coffee. Bathroom was nice and clean with good water pressure and nice towels.」

「We stayed one night when we were going to Wind Cave National Park. It is an older, refurbished motel that is maintained very well. The host was very friendly, and the continental breakfast had quite a variety compared to other “continental breakfasts” I’ve had. If you need just a night or two in this part of the Black Hills, I would recommend this place.」

「Staff unbelievable. Never passed one when they didn't ask how was your stay or if you needed anything. Breakfast buffet was out of a lot of things....milk, yogurt, pancake maker was broken, and coffee beans had run out.」

「Room was in horrible condition, bed felt like you were laying on a board. Bedding smelt stale and like mildew. We left and didn’t even stay, could not stay in the smell. The flooring was also damaged in several places causing a trip hazard for someone in a walker like me. 」

「Room.. well, let's see... Hot water was nowhere to be found. Just barely warm enough for a shower. Tv had a huge crack down the middle of it. Microwave was filthy. People were super nice & the room was cheap. 」
