「The rooms are spacious and well furnished and it should be a pleasure to stay. BUT for a hotel which promotes itself as a luxury hotel, it had several short-commings. There are 2 main ones. There is no laundry service. Breakfast, the only meal I ate there, is extremely lacking. Coffee was always served tepid at best, even after I asked for it to be hot. 「clean, efficient, spacious, and most convenient. An excellent to stay a couple of nights in Sheffield town. I espcially like the spacious room and high ceiling and the lively little bas overseeing the Leopold Square.」

「The outlook, surrounding and location is good. The hotel lobby and corridors to guest rooms are good decorated, however the interior of guest rooms are quite old fashion and seems haven't gone through any renovation of modernisation. The furnitures and TV are very old fashion. The cleaniness of carpet and armchairs are not up to hotel standard that causing you reluctant to step on the carpet and rest in the armchairs. Moreover, due to the dirty carpet in the room, I needed to request for a pair...

「When I booked for myself and grandson six ,I wasn't made aware that our "hotel room" was just a block of rooms at the bottom of a road near the entrance. These were unmanned and the key had to be collected from the main reception. This is no easy fete when there's a very steep long hill to walk up to reception. I was told our room was ready,we went down to it,expecting staff to meet us. None were there. So I and my little grandson had to walk back up to reception with a suitcase and rucksacks...

「The venue looks beautiful visually you think it’s the place to visit, if you are late visitor, you know flying into Manchester and in need of food after 9pm then don’t expect anything, no room service which I found a little odd given the size of the hotel, no food availabe in house until the morning but they tell you that you can get Deliveroo…. or you can drive and find a restaurant. Very poor.. You leave the next day and the front desk doesn’t even say thank you, they just take your money」

「Considering this was supposed to be a 4 star Radisson hotel, we were bitterley disappointed, the bed had springs that dug into your back, the sink in the bathroom was chipped and cracked, food overpriced, the sash window wouldnt open, water marks on the wall as well as a large crack down the wall, very very poor, the pool is always laned off and you have to wear a swim cap, not thequality id expect, we left after one night」
