「This is not in any way a luxury hotel. The rooms are old and outdated and lacked normal amenities that you would find in a luxury hotel. We had one piece of tissue left in the tissue box, I requested a new tissue box and the very next day it appeared to have been handled but found only one tissue was put in the empty box! Seriously? We needed a flashlight to use the bathroom as the light did not work, and we told the desk who did nothing to fix it. No coffee maker in the room and no fresh coffee...

「The first thing we noticed when we walked into this hotel, is how modern and clean it is. The employee that checked us in was very friendly and helpful; after we checked in, she helped us find some restaurants in the area and gave us some recommendations. Breakfast was included with our stay; there were plenty of selections and it was very good. The bed was comfortable and the hotel was quiet. There is a nice park with a lake across the street from the hotel that we were able to go for a walk...
