「We stayed at the Ritz Saturday night after a long day at the aquarium with our 4 and 2 year old daughters. I felt safe here with my children and the employees were very accommodating to them. There was a small kids table in the lobby with crayons and coloring pages. My daughters also got to pick out a stuffy of their choice upon arrival. 「Nice stay for a weekend in Atlanta! We grabbed dinner from across the street. We enjoyed the continental breakfast, and the parking garage was easy to get in and out of. Kids liked the pool. Just wish there would have been a set of linens and pillows in the room for the sofa bed when we arrived. 」

「Called room sevice for 10 minutes and not getting any reply. Finally got connected and asked for a water. They said no free water which is fine, so we asked to buy one and they said OK, will send it up. The water never comes and we don't want to call for another 10 minutes just for the water.」
