訂的是三人房， 結果梳化床沒有枕頭、床單、及被提供， 要自己去櫃檯問，居然說五月中天氣不凍不提供。 幸好另一個員工聽到沒有被感覺較凍， 主動提供比張毛氈， 但係前台第一個員工態度非常之差， 最初check-in攞房已經完全不對資料求其就比兩間房我們， 結果是我們主動提出只訂了一間房。 初時評語入住登記都俾佢四星， 但係到晚上認真使用設施才覺得這間酒店不值此評核 水壓簡直弱弱的， 員工態度差，早餐非常一般，不會再入住

The room was clean and pretty spacious. The area didn’t feel like the best, but we were just out in the morning and came back in the evening so it didn’t affect our stay. I will say we picked the stay based on if it served breakfast and for one of the days breakfast wasn’t available, so that was a bit unfortunate. Otherwise it was a good stay, staff was very friendly.

The property was close to the train station so it was easy to get there. Also, the staff was really welcoming and kind to us, they even let us leave our luggage there when we checked out so we could keep enjoying our day.

There’s the good and the bad with this place lol The valet staff are cool dudes BUT after watching dash cam footage, they kept moving my car in and out of spots and hanging out in my car. lol The hotel lobby and elevators were clean inside. The FIRST ROOM they tried to put us in was one that still wasn’t remodeled and smelt moldy…Great view tho. They hotel lobby STAFF was SOO nice and accommodating that they put me in a bigger better cleaner room. Thank you guys! Yall were very helpful and accommodating. #1. Be mindful what time you show up. Me and my 12 year old pulled up at 10PM to a bunch of homies hanging around out front of the hotel where the valet signs are. #2 there’s a drug rehab across the street and I think some of the people live in this hotel or something. #3 take a full video of your room in detail. Just to protect yourself. The contractor that’s doing repairs on the place seemed to be rushing on certain things. You don’t want to be held liable if something breaks that shouldn’t break, AND it’s not your fault. *it is a great bang for the buck if your not bougie and for a short stay. It’s a decent price* We had a great time! It’s close to the masquerade which is where Me and my son visited to see a concert. during the day we checked out stuff in the surrounding areas and had a great time.

I booked Wednesday landed in Atlanta and got to hotel. It was nothing as advertised. I wouldn’t even call the hotel a half of a star. I checked out :30 minutes after I got there. Lost my $409 thanks to Expedia lying about hotel and area. Nothing but bums out in streets and no restaurants or any business open. I lost my $400 thanks to Expedia then Immediately but a cleaner and safer hotel in Midtown and spend another $560 thanks to Expedia. I did a lot of business with Expedia in past but never again will I ever use them. Terrible website that lies about hotels. Only thing good was person that checked me in found me a cleaner and safer area to protect my 15 girl there. When I got there the security joked when I asked is it safe here can I find food? Your a big guy you should be ok but be back before dark an good Luck finding food. The end ! Never will use your site again you are the worst.

Here is honest review. Pricing matches the hotel quality. This ownership of this hotel needs to put money into this hotel as it sees like this neighborhood is up and coming. The staff is top class 5 star and can only provide great customer service for th hotel they are given. Only 1 of the two elevators is working and yes at times you are waiting for a while. The cleanliness needs attention and more so because the hotel is older so needs more work and attention. We stayed for a few days as it was a great Expedia bundle and I’m ok as the pricing was what I got. It’s walking distance to a lot of places, there is a rehab center on the same block but we didn’t encounter any issues. The breakfast was good when it was stocked but for the 3 days we were there it was tough to keep up since only 1 worker. They were busy hotel for the USA soccer game and should have been staffed better but literally all the staff I encountered from front desk, maintenance, valet, breakfast area where wonderful and great customer service. With some inventing this hotel could be amazing as has a ton of character, pictures can be a bit deceiving as were taken from a while ago for sure. Give your amazing staff a more upgraded hotel so they can get 4-5 star reviews instead of 2-3 stars or you will lose them to other newer updated hotels

Clearly its an older hotel but it is well maintained and very clean. It is located at the less lively end of Peachtree St. so a bit of a walk in proximity the livelier end of Peachtree St. heading up to the Hub, as a result there were quite a few indigent people around. This was a bit disconcerting even though there was security around at night. and police patrolling the areas nearby. The popular Underground was closed. I assume because there is some sort of upgrading to the nearby train station in progress. There was a lot of other construction going on nearby also. Maybe when it's all over and things open back up it will be livelier especially at night. The staff were all courteous and accommodating. The free breakfast was basic, fruit, cereal, eggs sausages waffles, coffee and juice. if the area gets livelier and the train station and underground opens up, I will stay at that hotel again.

Definitely not the best area of town but I did not feel unsafe. I also didn’t go out alone. However, great location (1 stop away) from Mercedes-Benz stadium, Georgia Aquarium, World of Coke, etc. MARTA entrance directly across from hotel was closed for renovations but that’s not the hotel’s fault. Staff was helpful and friendly. Elevator is janky and only one works. That made me a bit nervous. Room was very clean. Bed was comfy. No complaints at all in that area. Amenities were stocked, etc. If you want food late, you have to use Uber Eats or Door Dash because the hotel is locked (key access only) except to those known delivery services.

I stayed here five nights for two games at near by Mercedes Benz Stadium. The entire staff were incredibly friendly and professional. All the people working at the front in security, Samantha at the front desk, Lisa in Housekeeping and the ladies at breakfast really made my stay enjoyable. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very good too. I just wish they would mention in the Expedia listing about the $80 a night incidental hold for your stay. It’s listed at the check in counter and they did send me messages on Expedia but I never checked them until after I arrived. I was refunded a few days later as promised. I would definitely stay there again if I return to Atlanta. 👍
