「First room they gave us , blood stain on pull out couch. They moved us to a different room, odd smell, clogged toilet, no maintenance team on shift, they gave us a plunger to fix it ourselves. Room key didn’t work for the 2nd room after going in first time. We had to go downstairs again to get new key.」

「The condo was infested with cockroaches, smelled badly of marijuana and was very dirty. When calling to get some sort of refund for having to leave early due to the disgusting conditions - it is impossible to speak to a manager. Have been waiting almost a month for a phone call back. Would not recommend this place.」
