Town house was clean. The kitchen appliances were a little outdated. Could use a new fridge and microwave. Back deck needs to be updated. Staff was very friendly and helpful We had a nice visit!

A lot of the outlets didn’t work, lights were burnt out, stove tipped forward which made cooking lopsided, no can opener or cookie sheet. Not stocked well at all. The place was fairly clean could have been better. Beds were old and not to comfy. The location was great and view of pond very nice.

Very nice, family friendly area with plenty of options in regards to activities. The grounds are beautiful were very pleasant to walk around. The staff and locals are very friendly and welcoming. My family and I would definitely come back.

I came to my hometown to visit for a family reunion. This was the perfect place to fit 5 people without being crowded. I loved the pool and other amenities. The price to stay was great and checkout was a breeze. If there was an issue they would repair right away. The only thing that was a problem was the remote was missing in one of the rooms.

The Units are gorgeous, 3 levels, parking carport, spacious and well equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, whirlpool bath and Wireless throughout. The three ponds associated with the condos are just gorgeous, and walkable or bikable around each unit. There is an abundance of Painter Turtles, adults and babies swimming all around, and they even come to the shoreline to be fed. We had left over fruits or salad mix which they ate handily. The units have A/C which blew nice and cool, neighbors were very friendly. Pool House and Workout Gym and Basketbal court are great. Don't forget to soap/shower before entering the pool!

Original unit booked had a ceiling leak. Management moved us to another unit right away. However the bathrooms in the new unit had not been cleaned in a long time. Rust stains in all toilets. Shower floor bad shape. Tub shower a little better but rust stained. Wiped down all the surfaces with disinfectant cleaner ourselves. Unit was a very nice layout but old carpet and couches as well as kitchen need serious updating. We have stayed at this location several time before, never any Issues and love it here.

I thought it was great for the money. The outdoor pool was very nice. The indoor pool might need a touch of a clean up. The kids loved the hot tub too. Mini golf was fun. They loved feeding the turtles apples and strawberries. So many of them. They caught bass and sunfish in the pond. The condo had all the kitchen amenities but bring everything you need for eating. From coffee, filters, to salt, etc. they had a variety of rental bikes.

Security is a huge issue at this property had a very scary incident and the people causing the issues was allowed to stay even after behavior was addressed and the behavior still continued families with small children just be careful
