「WIFI sucks, very bad exeprience!!!!」

「Dirty clothes in drawers dirty papers and tissues trying to plug my phone in. Wifi did not work upon arrival, no hot water when i tried to shower after waking up, topped off with no coffee in the morning or cups and lids and everyone just stands there to watch the struggle not a comment concern or care in the world! 」

「Staff were amazing!!! Both the gentleman working first shift and the lovely lady working second were awesome. There were things outside of their control, like literally no mattress on a room that advertises a sofa bed (She went above and beyond to get us something for my son to sleep comfortably in) it was very disappointing that we paid for this room and did not have that bed available.」

「Facility was adequate. Rooms were clean. The staff was efficient and responsive. The room was missing a drawer in the kitchen. There were very dirty dishes mixed with clean dishes. Looks as if someone threw a few toys on the ceiling and they stuck. They were still hanging from the ceiling.」

「Very nice conversion of a heritage downtown building. Apartment was very clean and smartly decorated. We enjoyed our stay very much and will choose The Harriss again for our next visit to Wilson.」

「The check in receptionist was not friendly. Room was pretty clean. The walls are so thin that we could hear the next door guests who were noisy until after midnight and so not a restful night. Breakfast was filling and dining area was clean. 」

「This was our first time staying at this hotel, and unfortunately it was not a good experience. The pool was dirty, breakfast was cold, and the juice machine was out of service. There was even a rat trap with peanut butter next to the fridge, which was absolutely disgusting. The sheets were dirty as well. We were in town visiting our son at the Air Force base, and this stay really put a damper on our trip. Hopefully, if we ever choose to stay here again, the experience will be much better.」
