「The boys at the desk were rude however the young lady was was nice. Place was run down junk laying in every corner possible. More like a Motel 6 imoThe pool wasn't maintained water was clear but gunk all over the walls and trash in the water. The ac made so much racket I could barely sleep. All the public areas were extremely hot. Def will not be staying at a quality inn again.」

「I was under the impression that breakfast was included and informed at the hotel that it was not. Not sure what happened. Was silent on my confirmation」

「The elevator was suspect thought you wouldn’t make it out alive. The included breakfast was not what it was before years ago when I stayed. But overall the staff was friendly and the place smelled amazing」

「Our room had not been cleaned before our arrival. It was obvious that sheets and pillowcases had not been changed from prior guests. Went to housekeeping and they gave us clean linens so we could make up our beds and told us to leave the dirty linens outside our door. The dirty linens were still laying in the hallway when we left about 9 the next morning. We had reserved to stay here overnight on our return trip but cancelled and booked another hotel.」

「Love the area and love the staff but the place needs work. Tooooo many stains on the furniture and the carpet, I was scared to walk barefoot. Was disappointed in the pool not working, although we were offered to use the amenities across the from us in another facility. The staff was amazing, very helpful and kind. I just ask that the company take time out to renovate so we are not disappointed in the end. Happy I was able to be in the same hotel with family and the breakfast area was a plus...
